What are the different kinds of coverage?

From liability to full coverage, our agents are knowledgeable and can explain insurance so that it makes sense to anyone.  Oregon’s mandatory insurance law requires every driver to insure their vehicle.  The minimum coverage is as follows:

Bodily injury and property damage liability– $25,000 per person; $50,000 per accident for bodily injury to others and $20,000 per accident for damage to property of others.

Personal injury protection– $15,000 per person

Uninsured motorist– $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident for bodily injury.

Collision- Direct or accidental physical damage coverage to an auto.

Comprehensive– Coverage to your vehicle caused by vandalism, theft, windshield damage, hitting an animal, a “random act of nature”.

Collision and comprehensive deductibles can vary depending on risk tolerance and cost.  Please call one of our insurance agents to discuss these options.
